(5) Copies of published academic papers and other materials
The scope of academic papers refers to academic papers published by individuals during graduate studies related to their majors, and the first author or supervisor is the first author, and the applicant is the second author.
(2) Eligibility review
Qualification checks are carried out against the conditions set by the position. The qualification review runs through the whole recruitment process, if the personal conditions do not meet the requirements of the declared position, the qualification will be immediately cancelled at any time.
(3) Comprehensive assessment
Those who pass the qualification examination will enter the comprehensive assessment, which is divided into two links: written test and interview.
1. Written examination
(1) The content of the written test is knowledge related to the position applied for. Exam preparation books are not specified. The test paper has a maximum score of 100 points, and the passing score is 60 points. Candidates who do not meet the passing score are considered obsolete. According to the score of the written test from high to low, the ratio of the number of people who passed the written test to the number of positions is generally not higher than 3:1.
(2) The time, format and location of the written test will be notified separately.
2. Interview
(1) Interview method. A structured interview is adopted, mainly assessing the comprehensive ability of those who have passed the written test, with a full score of 100 points and a passing score of 60 points. Candidates who do not meet the passing score are considered obsolete. The judges will score the score, using the "gymnastics scoring" method, and calculate the average after removing the highest and lowest scores, that is, as the interview score.
(2) The time, format and location of the interview will be notified separately.
3. Overall score
The total score is composed of interview results and written test results, calculated according to 60% and 40% synthesis, that is: total score = interview score ×60% + written test score × 40%. The total score from high score to low score is determined according to the ratio of 1:1 to pass the assessment. If the overall score of the assessment is the same, the candidate will be determined according to the highest interview score. When calculating the above grades, two decimal places are retained.
After the assessment results are determined, they will be announced on the school website for a period of 3 days.
(4) Physical examination and investigation
The personnel who intend to pass the assessment shall undergo a physical examination at a designated location, and the physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the current physical examination standards for the recruitment of civil servants, and the medical examination fee shall be borne by themselves.
Those who pass the physical examination will examine their ideological and political performance, moral character, professional ability, work performance, etc., and their qualifications will be reviewed. If the examination or physical examination is unqualified, the qualification of the candidate to be passed shall be canceled.
(5) Determining candidates for employment and publicizing them
Those who pass the physical examination and examination are determined to be the candidates to be hired, and they will be publicized on the school website for a period of 7 working days.
(6) Handle employment formalities
If there is no objection to the expiration of the publicity period, the relevant employment procedures shall be completed in accordance with the procedures and an employment contract shall be signed. The probationary period shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations, and the probationary period shall be counted together in the term of the employment contract.
