On June 20, 2023, the Global Change Ecology Laboratory held a meeting on the staff work plan and the future development of the laboratory. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Wan Shiqiang, the head of the laboratory.
First of all, Mr. Wan listened to the work progress of the team's scientific research backbone in the first half of the year and the work plan for the second half of the year, and gave comments and suggestions to each teacher's report. Secondly, Mr. Wan shared his years of scientific research experience and insights with the laboratory members based on detailed data, and put forward new requirements for each teacher's future work. Finally, Teacher Wan proposed that all staff members should do their own work, focus more on article writing, and publish more articles.
This meeting enabled the staff to re-recognize the advantages of the Global Change Ecology Laboratory, further clarify the direction of everyone's future work, and believe that the laboratory will have better development with the joint efforts of team members.
